First of all, launch the Messenger app from Facebook on your Android or iOS device.
Open the chat from which you want to delete the message for both sides.

Follow the given steps and give it a try. Note: We strongly recommend not to use this method as this might create problems for your Facebook account and other participants of the chat. First, open Facebook and go to the chat from where you want to delete the message.
Now look at the right panel and click on ‘Something’s Wrong’ option.
